ARREF well, its mostly about the price of copper, but if you think copper prices stablize near here, or move higher, well, ARREF's divvy policy is great. You get the big 8.8% yield you mention, plus ARREF can 'top off' the divvy with any additional cash flow. So if you like copper at these levels, arref is a good play imo. I just dont know about the Price Of Copper if we hit a recession.
