The transfer to TXTM will happen real soon.



Normally the incoming company brings in the assets on a reverse merger. If no transfer of assets, whats the point of becoming a public company. Just to stay as a shell?

They are talking about up listing. How can you up list without having real operation and assets?

Some negativity has no limits.
