SHOULD do?! An OTC manager should screw his or her shareholders?

I agree with most of what you said, but to say dishonesty & greed are positive attributes is ridiculous. Sure, capitalism is a crappy system that PROMOTES those behaviors, but they are a flaw, not a desired outcome.
