Its looking pretty grim!
No news on share cancellation coupled with the fact that there probably isn't any merging company.
I think Sergio talks the talk but doesn't produce.
The point that my sentiment changed was when the bags of sand came into play out of nowhere and then the cockamamie excuse that us investors scared the deal away. Seriously?
My gut says not much going to materialize here!
