Yes, they want "voting" control, but don't be surprised if they add, to their account, more common shares or more preffered...OR, as many have seen more times than not...Preffered B, C, D etc.

Added common shares would more obviously appear as diluting others shareholders, and while I realize most retail investors only consider "float" for Market Cap determination....the "Big boys" consider all "potential" convertible shares in their value calculations. Soooo, they MAY add more preferred or class of preferred to get their "potential" 80% "ownership" ....just hope its thru convertible preferreds
And not common. It would at least appear to have better value ,now, to the average investor.

It fun to dream of all the best case scenarios..I just tend to evaluate for the worst and hope for the best. 20% would still make a multi baggers.
If this is anything less than a $200M company, George and his trifecta will be done. Why I wish he'd stop picking fights and focus on finishing the process.
