Hypothetically...if "Person A"..who clearly has "delusions of grandeur"..is approached by "Person B"..who spots this personality deficit/disability then conspires with others to exploit the obvious delusions of "Person A" --by systematically fueling said delusions via multiple, glowing, praise filled public press releases-- in order to enrich himself ("Person B") and his associates at the expense of, and willful disregard for, "Person A"...which results in sending "Person A" into a downward spiral economically, emotionally, psychologically and legally (including incarceration) thereby triggering an equally obsessive compulsive quest by "Person A" to even the score even at the risk of further damage and consequences to himself....

could knowingly exploiting such a disorder someone suffers from and causing it to worsen be construed as being any sort of premeditated "personal injury" to "Person A?"
