Judges that go into "retirement" can just take Senior status and not really retire but just sit in on a few cases. She is still technically retired. They do this because there are too many cases for the existing judges to handle.

Looks like the UST must submit its brief in Collins a couple of days before the Cert petition so the shareholder attorneys could have a last look to show a split in the Circuits on the separation of powers claims - thoughts?

No idea, I thought they initially asked for a delay to see what would happen in lamberth trial originally scheduled for early July but got delayed. Not really sure why a delay was requested because they have to know that a decision in any of the other cases would likely take several months.
