The problem is pre-14A with proposed 1:500 or 1:1000 Reverse split and AS raise. Will they wipe out common shareholders ... ? Why did Michael Bigger sell his shares and bought notes? Is it because notes are not affected by A/S raise / RS and shares are? Those are the real questions here...

For every 100,000 shares at 1:1000 RS common share holder gets 100 shares and with that A/S raise the value of those 100 shares is suspect.
