The company is on its own timetable. Many are making the mistake of thinking the communication is pandering to investors. They could care less and don't need money or shares currently on the books for liquidity.

Today they issued a clear warning that they are serious and not "will" make this happen, but already have. This is not a pipe dream. Short term players are making thier money now, manipulating in this small scale OTC. Hilarious actually.

On the company's clock they will release financials supporting everything they have said. This will not be a run, this will be a price adjustment.
Close at a penny and open at 20 cents with no retrace.

Runs are made on speculation and future profits. This company already has well over 2 billion in assets. Funny thing is people are complaining about a 10 billion OS, and rightly so if you didn't have BILLIONS on the other side of the equation. But as usual you have e people saying I'll believe it when I see it, problem is when you "see it", it will have potentially cost you millions. Birds in your hand are very expensive. The more you "know", the more public information, the more it costs.
