First it is already a CE stock so lets be accurate. Second the same attorney is listed as attorney of record, so if you have different information, please share.

Third a form 211 is submitted it goes through due diligence process. How in the world does anyone sign off on this is lunacy. They won't and haven't, for they will never get past the authorized increase from 5 to 10,000,000,000 shares bypassing a shareholder vote or notice.

I feel this is about to get ugly, but sure bs the board another 9 months.
