PPirate, are you able to form a logical scenario of exactly how this O/S reduction/ Retirement might actually occur? I am unable to form such a scenario.

AABB is perfectly positioned but is underfunded, to be sure. I observed that the AABBX fee has been reduced to 1%, due to competition offering it for free, at least temporarily.

You should be aware of the fact of reality that PRs always/ALWAYS have a disclaimer at the bottom, stating it may not happen, or plans may change.

For instance, if BTC continues to plummet, and in El Salvador, then serious changes must occur in El Salvador, whether good for AABB or bad for AABB.
