Into the overall equation....Twitter not having a Corporate SS but 800,000,000 shares

Elon with 9% = 72,000,000 + 31 million DWACW = 103,000,000 if you get my drift ...

That leaves 728,000,000 x 2 = 1.456 billion + 32 million + 1 million = 1.5 Billion - 1.5 billion exit divvies = zero

I believe there was 1.468 bllion in ENTI paper. 32 million got caught behind the lines in the FINRA approved corporate action = 1.5 billion
