I got that from a company letter sent on Jan 31st:

"Our shareholder structure has been issued for some time now. It is posted here at

http://www.pinksheets.com/quote/company_profile.jsp?symbol=CHNW

It has come to our attention that pink sheets was displaying old info on their site and as recently as yesterday they finally updated it. The info on this ABOVE link is the accurate one. We were also advised that the Nevada site may display old info as well. We inquired with our resident agent and they tell us that the State takes anywhere from a few days to a few months to update their web records."

The full letter is here:

The company has stated they did not dilute the share structure by issuing shares or through financing with shares. They say the large volume is a shorting problem, which is why they are intent on the symbol and cusip change. The recent post about the short position being listed on buyin.com seems to confirm this. The company surmises that the recent large volume was shorts covering their position once they found out about the coming cusip change. I'd be curious to know how recent the numbers on buyin.com are.

Since the change in management the company has been moving forward as promised and has been transparent with us so I don't have a reason to doubt them. The extra step they are taking to set up a town hall forum reinforces my feeling. What happened before I can't comment on. I started buying shares in October but didn't follow the company very closely.

In the end you'll need to use your own judgement but I hope this information helps.
