Obviously I dont know when the official merger will happen. My feeling is Venkat has been planning the VB-1953 Phase III for 2 years now, and the covid pandemic put that on hold. I think he wants to get the ball rolling now and is deciding on how best to raise the cash. Stock options are probably the best avenue for existing and new investors. I feel that it is all about to unfold now. Next few weeks we should see a filing that is telling, or hear something. IMHO
