Unfortunately HPNN can't get the transfer agent verified by OTC Markets, like most real companies do. This is a one-person agency, and Petey is her only client.
I saw the letter to Petey from the victims lawyer. almost $750K owed to the victim.
I wonder how many other victims gave him money and now Petey is in hiding.
Looks like HPNN is circling the drain. Flat broke.

And court docs also show Petey and HPNN owe former CEO Dan Gannon almost $9 million. Note that HPNN does not disclose this in the lying financial disclosure he puts out, despite the fact he knows about this huge liability.
