It means if I get my motion to dismiss granted my UCC1 lien will remain and I will foreclose on all Eddie Vakser owns in his liquid and tangible assets by judicial process under default of the UCC filing by Vakser. I have no interest in owning PRPM or any toxic shell companies on OTC. Besides nobody will buy PRPM or any Vakser tickers after all the toxic financing and dilution he's done.
