Winthrop Realty Liquidating Trust Distributes Contingent Payment of $0.105 Per Beneficial Unit (6/16/22)

In March 2022, the paying agent for the Trust received residual cash related to its investment in the Atrium Mall as outlined in the sale agreement dated 12/30/19. The mall was the last remaining asset.

The distribution will be reported on IRS Form 1099 for tax year 2022.
