because the guy in charge of the fcel investment is stupid and will soon be welcoming walmart shoppers...

there isnt some guy called Blackrock who is calling all the shots...all that money and investments are broken down into many many divisions and categories with human beings put in charge of those particular investments...

and guess what?...they arent all batting a thousand...yea...shocker...i know...lol
