So I’m thinking that me buying elite stock based on nasrats words might be an issue. I feel betrayed. Just me and it’s just my opinion. I feel like maybe I was duped. Hmmm. Wonder if there’s any sort of legal recourse I can take. Again, just thinking out loud. I mean saying something once, Ok safe harbor. Twice , maybe safe harbor - but numerous times, like we’re prepping for the Nasdaq - harbor might not legally protect the crew any more.

Again - just one persons humble opinion
