When Alison created BitGift on Florida Sunbiz there was an option of issuing 100 million shares. Alison resigned from her contract which means she violated her contract so she gave up BitGift to Frank and forfeit those 100 million shares because she resigned. Frank then took control like he should have in the first place since it was his idea anyway. plausible?
