There is a " Record date" specified... as in "shareholders as of -insert record date here- are entitled to the split.
...Then there is whats called an "Effective Date", that is when the distribution of the shares takes place ie the date the your account will actually show/reflect the split.
...I have never seen a forward split just randomly show up before.

Hopefully the above explanation helps. Here is an article that explains it pretty well if you are interested.

Per the Nevada Supreme court, Calasse just got an extension ( July 5th) to file his Docketing statement.

From my conversations with legal counsel (My wife works for a large firm)
Im quite certain that George can still get things done with FINRA but I'm not sure to what degree this will and/or can effect the actually merger after the fact though.

It really depends on how the merging company views it (the appeal) when the time come to "do the deal" as they say.

Personally, I have no worries regarding the finality of this process. I believe that George is a competent Guy that will see this through to fruition.

I have the core position, the patience and the resources to see this through.....

... However, Calasse is a pain in the ass and time is a killer in the OTC.... Short term anyway.

This guy walks up to me at the horse track... As I placed my bet he scoffed at my pick. ....Then offered to by my ticket for half price..
