There are way more musical children of Willie Nelson than Micah. Even more well known is Lucas who fronts his group Promise of the Real. They have been sharing the stage with Neil Young for a few years now.

Willie has a lot of kids (8 I think) from different mothers. William Hugh, Jr. (Billy) committed suicide in 1991. Another daughter, Paula Carlene was born out of wedlock to Nelson and Connie Koepke, while Willie Nelson was married to fellow country singer Shirley Collie. She divorced him when she found out about the daughter.

Daughters Paula and Amy are musicians. Willie’s 8th child is named Renee. She was the result of a tryst back on the 90’s and Nelson didn’t know she existed until 2012.

Yeah, old Willie has led quite a life. And he wrote “Roll Me Up and Smoke Me When I Die”!
