Since there is no shorting, I wonder if CDEL is in trouble for allowing Petey to dump all these new dilutive shares on unsuspecting investors. Petey needs them,, otherwise he could not dump all those shares so fast.

After all, Petey needs to funnel more cash from HPNN investors (by dilutive share issuance) into his pockets at the non-subsidiary private company digitalnothing. After all, he needs to pay his criminal lawyer, civil lawyer, and divorce lawyer.
