So they haven’t even broken ground…

Which also possibly means they may never if they cannot find a financier.

If this wasn’t 2022 with high inflation and rates rising then they would be lower on the scale for me on going belly up.

But is nobody factoring in the current economic environment…including Prime?
Borrowing money is now EXPENSIVE by comparison to last year. It’s nearly Almost triple (3x) the amount of interest….
