No wonder Peter decided to npot tell sharesholders he increased the convertible preferred share authorization from 29 million to 120 million (and already is issuing more preferred shares - confirmed).

HPNN also increased the common shares auth by another 3 billion shares. HPNN will be diluting into any fake hype he can try to create.
