TCG white paper notes that not all the commercial plots will be sold, some are being retained for a "fixed" lease term. Meaning some of the lots will be set up on a lease as opposed to outright sales. Much like the real world is now.

Of course, what is not known at this point in time is how many of the GGToor lots will be available to purchase versus "leased". We also don't know how many will be for GGToor and our present games along with future gaming.

Investors need to understand, the $102M is the value the company has placed on the parcels they now control as it relates to the book value paid for the lots. What we don't know at this point is what they will be valued at based on resale or Capitalization Rate for their (lease) revenue stream. The actual value with a revenue stream could be 3x or 30x my best guess is that this will be $1.0 plus within 90 days give or take.
