I agree that offering a free bottle is good customer service. You acknowledged publicly their helpfulness and caring and this goes a long way toward Goodwill.
I still think you might want to read about Lomatium. Both on the Internet as well as responses on Amazon. Nearly all of the Amazon responses were positive. I am still taking my potient daily. I cannot judge whether it helps, but I have no side effects whatsoever. Lomatium is one of the two key ingredients in VSS.
Now let's hear from Kristy. We are beyond Half of the year at this point. So far, ALL hype and no revenues (that we know about). Certainly there has been no 8K reports about contracts.
