Today's update on chu v bioamber case, dated today, https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/6069925/chu-v-bioamber-inc/?order_by=desc,
I called securities and they said they are preparing the disbursement of funds to go out middle of next month

If some believe that Bioamber is wiped out and dissolved there would be no settlement with Bioamber, the delay was the restructuring and the judge had a specific date to sign it, 2nd step transaction with our shares has to follow soon
