of useless blah-blah time-wasting non-NLC superfluous crap in a report that could could have easily been condensed down to one paragraph which could have simply said:
"As your Anti-Mining Minister (looking to one day be president of Chile) I am truly more concerned with getting additional semi-qualified recently-graduated lesbian/dyke kids (ie voters in 2025) from dues-paying leftist/commie families embedded into make-work high-paying jobs within the captive miners' companies trying to win mining exploitation contracts from this ministry than I am at solving this boring pretend NLC (National Lithium Company) convoluted State-to-private DOA mining program which could potentially benefit lithium miners in some small way... FOCK lithium miners I say".
