Lithium merger is financially flawed

None of the proposed partners has a solid financial structure

Share structure means nothing if financial structure is weak

It takes financially strong companies to even think and propose venturing in the lithium mining business

Alford still stuck in this fraudulent share issuance lawsuit and was fired for it
