George Sharp has re-opened his custodianship court case on May 10th - a few weeks after saying he dropped all litigation against EVLI. He said in the letter he recently sent to Blankship that he wasn't interested in the litigation route (yet that is exactly what he seems to be doing by reopening his court case against EVLI and his actions in court motions and docket entries.

Looks like Sharp changed his mind about not being interested in EVLI (like I've said for months).

In the letter Sharp sent to Blankenship he said he was sending it "in the interest of finishing something I have started" and "at the behest of several shareholders" and "to bring value to shareholders" - all three sound good to me - but I don't believe he sent the letter only at the behest of several shareholders (which he is one), he has always had a keen interest in EVLI since he applied (and temporarily had) custodianship and assigning three lawyers to his case (vs Blankenship not having even one lawyer).

I'm closely watching the Sharp vs. EVLI court case.

I've knew all along that Sharp isn't giving up until he gets control of EVLI. Now Sharp can prove Blankenship lied in court about EVLI's business, Blankenship again doesn't have a lawyer (which looks bad in front of the judge especially when she had already warned him about not having counsel after his first lawyer quit). Blankenship also can't pass the OTC Markets background check since he is a felon on parole and Harper (the only other executive and employee) also has a criminal record - so they can't possibly have the interest of shareholders if they they can't pass the OTC Market's background check and Blankenship and Harper have no funds to continue the business or pay for a lawyer to continue the case.

Sharp has Blankenship cornered yet he says he's not interested in litigation (which he tweeted right after reopening his court case) - riiiiiiiight.

Glad I loaded up starting when Sharp said he wasn't interested in EVLI (because I only believe court docket entries and not necessarily what Sharp tweets) and have kept adding.

Sharp's reopening his court case makes his statement about not being interested in EVLI moot.

I also see that GVSI, as I've said in the past continues to be a disaster and continues it's death spiral. Even Sharp's tweet on June 7th referenced that he has warned investors that he could find really bad skeletons in GVSI. The more than one year delay seems to have proven him right.
