Lets get started with DD on RSAMMD Acquisitions LLC From the PR:

About RSAMMD
RSAMMD Acquisitions LLC is a jointly owned business of RSAMMD a South African pioneer in the research, cultivation, production and distribution of medical cannabis and cannabinoids and Dr. J, who operates the 5000 Hectacre New Castle Farm as well as the federally issued cannabis and hemp licenses. Together, we partner with leading hospitals and universities globally to advance the clinical benefits and applications of cannabinoids.

That description shows that it is separate from both RSAMMDA and Leeds Boerdery and the Newcastle farm.

It was incorporated in Delaware on January 14, 2022, long after the 2012 start date of RSAMMD posted on Du Plooy's Linkedin page. That alone shows it to be a separate entity. What that means is that they now have control of $TXTM through a separate entity without giving up any access to of that LLC to the main RSAMMD.

What the significance of that is currently guesswork. It looks to me that RSAMMD Acquisitions LLC is going to be their vehicle to acquire companies and technology, but to keep them separate from the main company. If that wasnt the case, then there would be no separate LLC set up, just a straight acquisition by RSAMMD.

Now a big question is-what did RSAMMD Acquisitions LLC pay $TXTM for the preferred shares to control the company? I dont see anything disclosed about that. Did $TXTM give them for free? Usually when a company is bought out, it gets paid for in money or shares. Where is it disclosed what $TXTM got to lose control of their company?

Still working on my DD here. Not a bash, just posting what I see. Please chime in with FACTUAL information to add to the DD, so we can figure out what is going on without much help from either $TXTM or RSAMMD.
