The problem is what we dont know so far. What exactly is Rsammd outside of a collection of MMJ medical consultants in South Africa? It appears there are 2 operations-RSAMMD Acquisitions LLC and RSAMMDA itself. Leeds Boerdery is a separate entity involved with a joint venture with RSAMMDA, not owned by RSAMMDA. Same with the 5000 hectare Newcastle farm-a separate entity connected to RSAMMD as a joint venture. The $TXTM deal is with "RSAMMD Acquisitions LLC" not RSAMMD itself. That is from their website. The major problem is there doesnt seem to be any info on RSAMMDA prior to June 13 on internet searches. And they are private, so doing any real DD on their revs and assets is impossible. Same with Leeds Boerdery and the Newcastle farm. Because of this surprise holiday, I find myself with extra time on my hands to try and find any info on these entities. How about we all actually do some DD on the entities this week, instead of just making stuff up? If what is seems from public info so far, two entities of $TXTM and RSAMMD Acquisitions LLC that have nothing are joining together to create one entity that has nothing.
