If NWS is deemed voidable by the 6th circuit, and let's assume the government will appeal.. and most likely the verdict of that appeal will come next summer from SCOTUS.

Let's leave aside what that verdict will be for the time being..

1) what happens to the share prices (I care about commons since this is a common stock board) between now and then? Will it react higher (or) would it be manipulated and laid down until that final verdict
