Emil Malak is the CEO and, in my view, entitled to compensation. He gave back income in the form of salary and stock he was entitled to!!! This is a "Classic scam"??????????? How does this work???
Now, if Emil wants to regain those 620mm++ shares, HE HAS TO PAY $.021/SHARE.... This is a scam, HOW???
