With $SAPX - this acquisition of 7.5% of Picture Pro LLC - an established LA , Cali film production Company - specializing in

raising capital for feature films through third party financiers and executive producers. This access to funding will enable Seven Arts to produce larger features and be much more competitive in the film industry.

HAS ALREADY PROVEN TO BE AN ASSET.

SO all the funding secured is NON DILUTIVE and this announcement certainly seems like the precursor to much bigger validations.

Look how this finishes up… it’s clearly SUGGESTING A STEADY STREAM OF COMMUNICATION AND NEWS/updates FROM NOW through the next 2 weeks (June 30th) — after a lengthy “self imposed” quiet period especially with an extensive shareholder update. Hmmm. Can’t wait.

Imo- If this tries to audit and uplist - and announce it has ability to bring back old assets or a deal for new ones - this will turn out to be a substantial move from current pps. We shall see - it’s up to the company now- fully - to execute for their shareholders.

Additionally, as Seven Arts' fiscal year end approaches on June 30th, the Company anticipates an extensive shareholder update for the year ahead as well as several updates on its existing projects.
