It is not a question that Rsammd owns $TXTM. It is clear that they have acquired a control block of $TXTM preferred shares. The completely unanswered question is what did the shareholders of $TXTM get to lose control of their company? What ownership do they have in Rsammd? Everything you read here is assumed without a shred of proof of anything, outside of losing control of their company. And peeps are eating this up, not knowing the scalawags that have been running $TXTM for years.
