Just scammers. And they have succeeded in conning a bunch of retail marks, which was the goal all along.

Why else would they refuse to address every single real issue presented to them by retail shareholders?

And instead publish press releases about a partnership with the Super Triathlon League when their own disclosures indicate nothing of the sort.
