Saying uatg has value / is worth buying is crazy imo. Unless one enjoys endlessly being told “soon”, “delayed”, “shortly”, “working on it”….

Without deadlines, or being held accountable, Alex can go on like this for as long as he desires to…… AS raise/ toxic financing is a very real concern…. Cant get a business going / run a business without cash flow. If Alex had good financials, safe to say he would choose transparency/ choose to pay off debts and taxes.

From 2008 to date, how has Alex been doing? Has he been financially responsible? 1.5 decades has shown either zero real performance, or strait up trashy performance…… why do people believe this will suddenly change going into a recession/ facing a tough market?

Investors should protect themselves / face reality
