How can you say there has been minimal dilution when this company has diluted their stock more than 99% of other OTC companies? Just in 18 months they have diluted the stock by over 150%. Before that there was even more dilution AND a reverse split. Out of all the OTC stocks down from the market and economy, none of them declined as much as PACV because they did not have nearly as much dilution. You can't argue some companies dilute billions of shares and PACV only dilutes millions, it depends on how many shares there were previously, hence the reason PACV declined over 95% compared to other stocks that may be down 50-90%
