There are a lot of shells like this one.

The low float does not greatly reduce the risk of future reverse split.

Cannot qualify for Nasdaq at a $1 a share.

Shouldn't be that hard to facilitate another merger - the fact that you have to facilitate another merger is quite concerning to me.

No, I don't think that the market incentives for a company to go public are still similar and apply here - that's like comparing apples and oranges.
