He shows a lack of caring about the shareholders at the same time he shows lack of common sense.

I can see how that could be an interpretation, but it depends on what caring looks like. The only reason to tell us about normal traveling....maybe it means no masks are required. Who knows, but anytime we are told something that we thought was already in place, means something different. A small shipment may have been taken over there of the new worms.

No lawsuits of false claims can be caring. Over achieving in some way could be. Not telling someone with intent on stealing could be caring for shareholders interests and common sense. We do not know what we don't know.

It's frankly bad form for the CEO to be selling ANY of his own shares. Whatever his actual motive, it gives the appearance of a lack of confidence and of shady dealings.

Again perspective is what it is. Did he think KBLB would be on its way by now? The optics are bad, given the timing, but creating a company that gets 49% of direct to consumer revs is undeniably great. Again, when I suggested a potential deal being structured with profits from sales prior to this deal being made public, I was thinking KBLB making 3-6% off products sold. This kind of thing does not happen if a shareholder as big as Kim opposes shareholder and self interests. Appearances appear skewed if these details are thought to project lack of confidence and shady dealings......sells of shares aside.

If he has sold 700,000 shares recently, then that is less than .4% of his holdings. Not even 1%. Perspective and perceived perspective can't predict perfectly, but Spydasilk Enterprises numbers trump share sells and buttress self interest and shareholder interests.....or it doesn't I guess.
