True, as far as the $59.3 million cash reserves, that is not a lot when burn rate is high with low revenue, but with this funding announcement, it relieves a lot of pressure for a share dilution this year and the future.

Also, part of that burn rate went to inventory and insurance and will not be a factor next Qrt's.
