I feel like by this time our senior mgmt. would have a very good understanding of who NILE is, and I bet communication has been ongoing. Probably not hugging, but talks of a shotgun wedding maybe.

In short, I think they are buying beyond the minimum threshold for takeover to profit all that more. As JT_Trader noted last night at Seeking Alpha:

Cannot think of any agenda other than to sell the company and make a quick profit. They have done this before... ....Other than required SEC forms, I do not see any press release from NILE on their website, yet they have press releases on other recent deals.

I like the sound of that. I'd like to go find these PRs at NILE that JT is looking at. Anybody have a link to a good one for a possible parallel case scenario? I guess his theory could mean pump the stock up as Hweb thinks. Or, maybe it means ssell the entire company to another corporation for a quick profit. Give new meaning to the turn-key operation! Or, ransom letter to Stingray? Pay up for your cheapness! All 3 possibilities are all poetic in my mind. For such trouble, they must be thinking $15 per share minimum? Which would be right where I valued the company on the record before they revealed themselves. Because it truly was undervalued as I see it. And now they have us by the tangible balls!

Hweb, you say:

But I don't understand why NILE is trying to pull a stunt like this when the market is so awful. And when MICS has to report their fiscal Q4 results in less than 2 weeks. Since that's their seasonally weakest quarter of the year by far, MICS is likely to report a sizable loss on puny revenues. So why would you buy a huge chunk of the company right before that??

I would say when opportunity knocks, answer. They can't time the opportunity knocks. Plus, sophisticated buyers of an entire company would not be so short sighted. They'd see the value. Or, if it's a hype that's planned, then they can take their time. Right now, they have their prey and we can't escape. Like buying real estate in the financial crisis of 2008 like I did. How can you wrong? I wouldn't touch it now. And just wait for your time to come. IN the meantime, they accumulate more because they have a plan and it is good! And the more they buy, the smaller the float!

That's my possible theories, and I like them all! I wouldn't mind being sold and/or hyped to $15 or higher for a quick $14,000 net profit in less than a year. My margin debt is now at around $18 or $19 thousand. That would pay it all down to just a few thousand again. I like the sound of everything here.

I'd like to defect! I want to join the Borg! No resistance here! Take me with you to the promised land!!!! :)

Or, another possibilitiy is that they love this Karaoke company so much that they just want to make it better and be a part of our team. Bitcoin and Karaoke can go together like chocolate and peanut butter. But, I'd say that's reaching. Can't rule it out though. Even if it is madness, our captors could be mad men! All speculation at this time, and I love it!
