They did an RS a few years back - this stock should be trading at $30 per share if you go back to that value - that's how badly this company has performed. The CEO Sebastian should be in jail for the false statements he made to pump the stock to the sky.

The value shown here is just wrong - they haven't done an RS recently.

However, part of the company announced today they're going into bankruptcy and my guess is it will not be long before this company does yet another RS so they can stay listed. I would expect to see a 20 to 1 RS coming soon.

This is one of the most violent scams ever perpetrated against private investors.
