If there was a change of control, you'd know about...from multiple "official" channels. If they were acquired, you'd know about it, from multiple "official" channels. If Bioamber Inc was still in business, there would be multiple documents, quarterly reports / annual reports, SEC releases - from multiple "official" channels....
It would have been documented in very clear, concise, bold print on "official" court documents. You'd have gotten a proxy, voted for new directors chosen by the acquirer to be appointed to the board.
Etc, etc, etc.....etc, etc......etc.............
The class action has ZERO to do with any of the proceedings. IF it did, you'd know from multiple "official" channels.
There was NO plan of arrangement filed with the court before the ending of this outcome. It is "officially" over and has been since December 2019'.

LCY Biosciences is a privately held subsidiary but something tells me they're not going public yet. Not that it would matter anyway, they didn't take the equity or shares of Delaware 4612067 either ..... so....again, no connection to Delaware 4612067.
