There was no change of control of the company. There was a liquidation of the company. That change of control crap was a definition in a specific non-assertion agreement between BioAmber and Mitsubishi, and was included because anything meeting that definition triggered a review of the agreement (gave Mitsubishi the ability to cancel the agreement). That agreement is now dead.
Tell me how somebody bought the shares without making an offer to do so to the folks that own them, as well as getting court approval and filing the required SEC submittals associated with such a transaction.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
