From the OTC Markets News: Item 15 Management’s Discussion and Analysis or Plan of Operation A. Plan of Operation 1. Veltex Corporation has begun operation of an out-patient substance use disorder (“SUD”) treatment facility in the State of West Virginia through its wholly owned subsidiary, Veltex Medical, Inc. This outpatient facility, located at 101 Martin Drive, Mount Hope, WV 25880 (“The Mount Hope facility”), will continue to operate and generate revenue. As of June 10, 2022, Veltex Corporation has began additional construction at the Mount Hope facility to transition to offering in-patient SUD treatment for a period of up to 18 months. The State of West Virginia has currently approved Veltex’s construction plan for twenty-eight (28) patients in fourteen (14) double occupancy bedrooms. Veltex will likely need to raise additional capital as it moves towards full operation of both in-patient and out-patient SUD services at the Mount Hope facility.
