Esp since no mention of anything else that's been going on for the last 15yrs with Brilacidin or Kevetrin? Strange?
IPIX, with insufficient financial resources to develop their own products (per previous SEC filings), is committing $4 million cash for a minority stake in a private start-up in an unrelated field. All done on the cusp of a global recession (if not depression).
This will be epic!
