There is only 2 ways a OTC alternate reporting ticker can be put into a grace period to expert market. I will link the tier chart from OTCM that shows each reporting standard and how an OTC ticker is placed under the grace period.

$INND is an alternate reporter so they have 2 reasons they can have a grace period put on them. I will list them below.

1. A gap of 16 months between required annual filings. I see many amended annuals for $INND but they have all required annuals in place.

2. A verified company profile from OTCM in the past 12 months. I see $INND has a verified profile this month.

Only way grace period stays is OTCM has a problem with a past annual which I doubt. Most likely will take it off next couple days since everything is in order.
